* Otel yönetimi, teslim alınan eşyaların çekmesinden, renklerin solmasından, eksik düğmelerinden ve narin düğme ile aksesuarların zarar görmesinden sorumlu değildir.
* Teslim alınan ve temizlenecek eşyanın herhangi bir kusuru varsa, misafir ile iletişime geçilir. Misafire ulaşılamadığı takdirde, eşya mevcut kusuruyla temizlenir ve herhangi bir sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
* Giysilerinizde unutulan veya üzerine bırakılmış değerli eşyalardan otel sorumlu tutulamaz. Temizlemeye verilen eşyanın kaybı, zarar görmesi veya herhangi bir memnuniyetsizlik durumunda, makbuz ile yirmi dört (24) saat içinde otel yönetimine başvurulması rica olunur.
* Kaybolan ya da zarar gören eşya için, temizleme/ütüleme ücretinin en fazla on (10) katı bedel talep edilebilir.
* Standart servis: Her gün (resmi tatiller hariç) 11:00'e kadar verilen eşyalar aynı gün, 11:00'den sonra verilen eşyalar ertesi gün 16:00'ya kadar teslim edilir.
* Hızlı servis: Her gün 11:00 sonrası verilip aynı gün istenen eşyalar için %50 fiyat farkı uygulanır. Resmi tatil günlerinde de %50 fiyat farkı uygulanır.
*KDV hariç liste fiyatları üzerine %5 servis bedeli uygulanır.

* In the event that the clothing items are already damaged when received by the hotel, an attempt will be made to contact the guest. If the guest cannot be reached, the clothing items will be cleaned as they are, and the hotel does not accept any liability.
* The hotel cannot be held liable for any valuable items left inside or placed on clothing articles. All claims for loss, damage, or dissatisfaction must be reported to hotel management with the receipt within twenty-four (24) hours.
* The liability for lost or damaged clothing items is limited to ten (10) times the price charged for laundering (cleaning and/or pressing) the item.
* Regular service: Every day (except public holidays), items picked up by 11:00 hrs will be returned the same day, while items picked up after 11:00 hrs will be returned by 16:00 hrs the following day.
* Express service: Items picked up after 11:00 hrs and requested for same-day return will incur a 50% surcharge. A 50% surcharge will also apply on public holidays.
